 Post subject: Frozen Accout help - anybody know Bryan's email?

A committee member of my guild got her account frozen by using words she shouldn't have used without thinking (p@ntis). It is a bit harsh with no warning etc.

Can anybody give me Bryan's email or email of anybody who can help?

Well, Bryan is the best support team member. Better than the rest, but that doesn't mean that he's good.

Why is he the best? i thought he was just like the rest..
well, he was also the one who replied to my form, but all he said was "Sorry i wasnt able to help you with the information you provided. Before I can look into your situation, please send me your birthdate..."
and i sent him but till now, he has not replied. Hope he's really that good like you say =)

Well, what you have to do is write very politely and if you're depressed about your account, stay calm. :P I usually write an email like this:

Good afternoon, Bryan,

I know how busy you are and how it's hard for you to respond to every individual that emails you, but if you could please listen to me for a minute, I'd appreciate that so much.

You see, my account, (account name here), was frozen for (whatever). (Put your story here and try to make yourself seem as innocent as possible because TNT thinks your guilty) Please unfreeze my account!

Thank you for listening to me.

(First and last name)

How many times did you get iced? Have you managed to get any of them back and how long did that take?

I have been frozen 7 times (and I didn't do any of the things I was iced for >_>) but I have gotten accounts unfrozen 4 times. It can take anywhere from a day to a week. If you don't hear from them after a week and it is not an American holiday, then chances are that they have decided not to unfreeze the account. If they do that, I pester them again with another email. Also, remember to say thank you if they unfreeze the account. :)

I say all the support team won't reply lol. My account was deactivated by this hacker so there's no reason for it to be not unfrozen.. I emailed like everyone in the support team and almost a month has passed but there's still no reply.

I "asked" politely for my account back a lot of time but only got 1 reply from bryan (i had said about it above) and nothing else. I want my account back!! ArgHh.. BleAh.. :cry:

Hmmm.. maybe i should write another REPLY to bryan.. a very very polite one, an improved version of what you have shown above :D

Wow, she got her account back within 24 hours, after sending a report through the website and an email to Bryan. It must be a record.

well what can i do? i didnt even do anything against the rules and neopets also said that i did nothing wrong but they froze my account! i cant fight for anything, cos i did nothing wrong and they knew it (
