The in-depth Battlepedia is down at the moment.

What is the best Breakable freezing device at the moment ?
I just remember it's about 25K ?


Got my answer : Scroll of freezing . 25K
But it broke after 1 use. Not lucky or it has been downgraded :(

That would be Scroll of Freezing, if I remember right. it has 100% Chance to freeze, but is fragile. And about 25k at the moment.

It's breakable?

I bought mine for 10k and used it 6 times..hasn't broken, but thanks for the info..I think I'll sell mine now.
