Since the PPT site doesn't have any, does anyone know any other place with guides on that game? Or just have some hints?

In the (approx.) 24 hours since the Better Than You was announced, a whopping 3 people have beaten Kayla's score of 850, so this one will apparently take awhile. Considering I never played it before last night, I seem to be doing pretty well, but I need to get through a few more levels to get up there.

And if you personally are good at Chemistry for Beginners, for heaven's sake get over there and win yourself Kaylas Potion of Freezing and a mess o' Neopoints. (And share some strategy, hint, hint. )

I never get passed around 650-700 myself.

Any guide will be greatly appreciated.

Id o have a guide that i look off of, but i require permission from the author before i can spread it around.

However, even with it, neither i nor the other person can get beyond 750 (unless you are able to get past the guide... which occurs [according to her] 1 / 30 times)

i've gotten rather far in it but it just takes so long to get that high a score

I swear I remember posting this on PPT *.* Anyway, you can only get past that critical 750 level with luck. I've tested it and only once out of some 20 odd times playing it have the elements been enough for the points required even if they were given to you in the best order possible. Which is weird, since this is suppossed to be a logic puzzle not game of luck :p

Eeep! 750??? My highest is 555! I have no idea how anyone could get a score that high

My highest is 408, but the game's so long/little-point-giving to get points, it bores people to death.

Purely luck. I got a bronze trophy at HS wipeout at 710+. You should be lucky with the combinations that would come.

Acck! My posted High score is approx 660 but I once got a 723. When I went to send the score I was over my 3 per day limit Waaahh!!

But anyway, it WAS more luck then anything. The biggest thing I found that helped is to clear the board for the extra 5 point bonus after level 6 and try to build your points up to just under the needed amount and then arrange a large point combo. For example if you need 10 points, get 9 then send a 3+ pointer. If you can do this AND clear the board then you'd get the bonus points too!
