neopets main page or any other neopets pgs cant load for me! i rebooted the comp and theres the same problem. why?

Its intermittently slow for me, but I can still access it.

Oh it's not my computer! I've just gone through clearing everything out I can - including clearing and resetting my offine storage (graphics stuff), cause I thought I was just running uber slow. But cannot get the login page to even load either on my proxy or IE directly.

The front page took close to 5 minutes to load!

Oh weekends on the site ...

Edit - now the front page won't even load I was on the site earlier today and everything was pretty good. Only had 2 games do the could not send score/server problem. Now my friend is here who only gets to play on the weekends and she can't even log in to feed her pets let alone do anything else.

No comcast here - too expensive for me unfortunately.

It was down for me just a while ago too. I just got back on though.

I admit it's dangerously, madly slow for me. But I'm logged in.

Hmmm... I appear to be having no problems. Lucky me.

Perhaps it's your internet provider or something? Mine's Comcast.

Well Charka, we're able to get here, log in, post and read other posts, so ... I'm gonna guess it's Neo and not our computers at least I hope so!

I just cruised a few other sites I regularly go to - everything's loading just fine. Only Neo will not load at all right now.

But, I am not having any trouble whatsoever loading Neopets right now--and I am using IE. And, usually, IE can give me trouble (with shop refreshes and freezing up of windows). And, actually, Neo is pretty fast right now for me.

I know when I use the degragmentor on my computer it usually takes at least 90 minutes if not not 180 minutes (and I have had it take longer before).

I know I can't get to Neopets at the moment. But it could also be related to the weather thats been happening in the US (from Hurricanes to Floods).

Just a couple ideas there.

its working fine for me. i also think that its about the weather, or at least where we live. im in hawaii and its not slow at all (maybe its not slow because not as many people like you arent on? )

I tried using my ISP proxy and then I tried minimizing that and opening just IE and going from there. Nothing. At first the front page was loading, though it was taking a few minutes to slowly load. The log in page will not load - the little progress bar? stops about halfway, then I get that refresh page with the whole site may be having problems, blah blah blah. Even tried just clicking pet central, thought maybe that would be a way to get to log in. No joy there either - another refresh page.

It's so weird when the site won't work for some people, be slow for other people and then there's the people it's just fine for -- all at the same time!

I don't know about it being the weather ... I'm on the east coast, weather's peachy here and I don't think there's anything going on in southern CA where Neo is ... unless where ever the servers were outsourced are in a different place and that is somehow being affected. But then, it should be affecting everyone, not just some of us

It's slow for me....and there's been some error in NQII and an error screen.
