I've just been trying to restock at the main collectable cards store but for some reason I can't haggle. The price the store keeper gives me is always the same and so is the phrase that they say. -.0

Is this happening for anyone else or is it a me specific glitch? xP

That happened to me in the Clothing Store. It's really annoying. >_<

It's happening to me too, no matter what I try the price never changes, the only way to get the item is to bid exact.

Apparently the shopkeepers currently need anger management and won't haggle in price, you have to offer how much it acually costs. Good thing I don't haggle, I'm too slow: dial up.

I think this must be Neo's way to make restocking harder. If you do not type fast enough, you don't get it. But the problem seems to be intermittent though; sometimes the shopkeepers allow you to haggle, sometimes they don't.

Chaud: I haggle and I'm dial up. 0.o; That's why I don't restock at shops like the toy shop etc. though. -.-;;

IMO, if you have to haggle down the price to make a profit, then its not worth restocking that item anyway. But then if you are dial-up, every bit counts I guess.

Plus, this problem has been around for at least one week, if it were a bug Neo would have solved it already, right? Thus I think it is intentional.

I make quite a bit by haggling down the price but I haven't restocked in a while because of school. Eh.. darn. I wanted to start collecting cards and it's much cheaper from the main shops. =/

I'm actually having the same problem as well, I noticed it in the school shop "where the prices are so messed up, by the time you type it, it's GONE!"

I restock in the same shops every day, and over the last week, the haggling problem was there some days, some days not. Yesterday, for example, I had no problem offering low.
