This might seem rather strange, but.. Does anyone know if the Ninja type Kougra in the banner is an already established character? Or is he just a random Kougra? He looks cool, don't you think? :P

Though, keep in mind I haven't been on Neopets for a while, and they have added lots of stuff that I have no idea about.
