Hmm...... now i know what's wrong with the clock... The snowager doesn't wake at its usual time and i thought they have changed the time. Turns out the neo time is late by an hour? I tot it was halloween that's why he was awake all day....

I was collecting goodie bags for my friend and i was like "Oh no..... passed midnight." Turns out i can still collect them. That lucky gal :D

The northern hemisphere changes in the opposite direction of the southern hemisphere. (=

To elaborate on what Icono said, at this time of year, the Northern Hemisphere (where The Neopets Headquarters are located) turn their clocks back an hour, whereas the Southern Hemisphere turns their clocks forward an hour.
So now Neo-time is two hours off from what it used to be for people in the Southern Hemisphere (like ocean_wave). It's just something that will have to be adjusted to... twice a year.

Aww crap :( I was hoping it was just some glitch that they'd eventually fix, but I guess its permanent. I liked the old times :(

Well, next year (around April, or whenever it happens) when you change your clocks again, it'll go back to being how it was before last week. But then it'll change again next October. A vicious cycle. But it's nothing The Neopets Team can control. Unless Neopian time didn't observe daylights savings at all, but then everyone (north and south) would be off by one hour for half of the year.
