Is there any other way to obtain them now that you can't get them from Taelia thru her quests? I don't think they restock anywhere do they? If not, I suppose the prices are gonna rise some more.

what about that Snow Wars game?

I think some snowballs are sold at the healgin springs, but I'm not sure if they're sticky snowballs or not. I've gotten snowballs from the Snowager before, but other than that and Snow Faerie Quests, I can't think of any other way to get them.

You can also get them from Scratchcards. (right?)

Yeah. You can also win Stone Snowballs and Snow Mudballs(The Mudballs are better than the sticky, in my opinion.)

I know sometimes you can them from REs on Terror Mountain too. As far as the likelihood of getting a sticky snowball vs a cheapo yellow snowball etc, I'm not sure. I don't think sticky's are sold at healing springs, just the cheap ones. And I don't know about scratchcards. I can't remember what you get from snow wars anymore lol.

I know that some snowballs restock in the battleshop, but those could just be yellow, poison and evil. Haven't restocked in there in ages.

As others have said before, you can get stickies from the Snow Wars game. You just have to play a certain number of levels before you get the stickies as prizes.
