Hi guys!

It's pretty exciting to have the war on! However, for the past day and a half I've not been able to log into Neopets. It is not a problem with my password, or my account - in fact I believe it must be a problem on their end and will work out.

But I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem. When I enter my log in info (plus the security code :P ) I am taken directly to Pet Central - but I notice that my username, pet name and neopoints are not displayed on the yellow bar. I've tried this over and over, with two separate accounts. Their database basically seems not able to hang onto my login. It expires right away, as if I never had tried to log in - and then when I try to access areas of the site I'm presented with the Aisha Oops Please Log In page.

o_O

Any responses will be appreciated!

Have you changed your computer's security settings recently? Perhaps it is set to a high setting, which is causing Neopet's cookies to be blocked and therefore, it isn't letting you log in.

Thanks Morningstar! It is probably something of that nature, which I why I am not yet worried. But I'm using Firefox, and I just checked - cookies are enabled. I cleared them out and tried logging in again: no luck.

I'm really not sure what it could be! But I'll try on a different computer this evening.

I've had similar problems and this really does sound like some type of internet cookies/security problem... Does it let you log in on Internet Explorer?

I had that happen to me a few weeks ago. When I tried it the next day it was fine. I also sent a bug report in which you may want to do also. ;)

I've been having a lot of problems lately too. But I blame them on the security code. It sounds silly, but are you typing it in right? Sometimes letters look different than what they really are.

I had that exact problem, just to find out I had one box unchecked in the security option that shoulda been checked :P

I can't remember what though unfortuantely, and it was in Opera, not firefox - I know I have it set to accept all normal cookies and block thrid party ones - mybe just try checking/unchecking a coupledifferent things in firefox?

Also, maybe after you try to log in, see if there is actually a neopets cookie (or 13 :P) in firefox?
