the neopets movie?????

heard that there was a neopets movie along the way......found out in imdb.com........not sure yet, though....

Yeah. As far as I know, it's been in production since 2005.
It's pretty much going to be pointless though. I'm sure.

I'm with Adoration. I think it's going to be pointless, because what kind of movie would Neo make? The same thing the plots would be, or the video games.

Yeah, it's probably going to be a bit silly, but I'm looking forward to it in spite of myself.

My hopes have been raised a bit since I found out that John A. Davis is directing--I've liked most of his work. I'm not familiar with the writer, Rob Lieber, though. The only released film he's done was in 2001, and he didn't write it. Did anyone see The Descent of Walter McFea?

I think that would make people classify Neopets as "furries", but i'm all for good fun.

Well according to imdb pro, it'll be directed by John A. Davis, written by Rob Lieber. Apparently it'll be out in Canada in December 2006... they'd better get a move on - it's not that long till Christmas.
