Sorry I've been mostly absent. Time has not been my friend, and getting in battles against Big Drak has taken a LOT of free time.

I am dropping in to say this, if you are going for drops off Voc ONLY, BLP big brained this:
If you're JUST going for items and don't want to get sick:
Use lens flare / warlock's rage so you don't get hit by the potential sickness.
INTENTIONALLY use icons of the type he's reflecting. These reflected icons will get past the lens flare/warlock's rage. If you have few enough HP, you essentially KO yourself.
Minimal heal. Rinse/repeat.

Reminders on healing potions: (some of this is obvious, but...)
Always try healing springs if you can.
Cooling Ointments will cure any disease AND restore HP to full. They are somewhat expensive,but not as expensive as the actual cure for the disease you can get.
Yellow Healthshrooms do the same, are cheaper, but require you to be able to feed your pet.

Bloat B Gone 's are stupidly expensive so if you have any of these, sell them to buy Cooling Ointments instead of trying to use them to de-bloat your pet for the healthshroom.

If you're not trying to survive too long, use minimal healing potions - like Healing Potion 1, etc. You only need to be healthy and have 1 HP to enter the battledome.

Anyone else feel like they just threw in the towel? I wish we'd had some role in helping repair the acrimonious paint brush, at least. At least they didn't roll us right into a CC event because I could not... Though I suspect maybe soon?

And I want justice for Nyx! Poor teenager goes missing for twenty years while doing a dangerous job, and her family, friends, and even employer never even go looking for her? Or at least report her missing?! And then she just has to keep apologizing for something that wasn't her fault, while getting no apology for them assuming the worst of her and not even trying to help?

Just no. And the fact that she still has void powers, even though other people have been cured? Given what we learned when she was crawling through cracks, girl needs more help!

I'm going to get my last 4k plot points and daily drops, but further battling and void essence collection seem pointless when the story says both are over. I should sign up for the adventure pass, though! Before it goes away...

I missed getting to actually beat Voci because it happened while I was at work. The last 34M went really fast! I got all his prizes (and a few dupes) except for the bomb, of course. Maybe some day I'll get a bomb.... Just not soon, now.

And Drakara can stuff it with her 100 books and wearables. I haven't gotten a single one of her weapons, battling either version of her. Other than that, the only BD drop I still need is Strengthened Void Potion. I suspect it comes from a specific challenger instead of being an arena drop because I've been battling exclusively in the arena since it opened (except for big bad Drakara, whom I've only gotten a handful of drops from). I'm going to keep trying, but it's so demoralizing getting the common prizes over and over and over again.

And then I'm still missing a bunch of puzzles of the past and the Altador towers prizes, because some of the puzzle ones are puzzle-specific, and I haven't had time to do the small puzzle most days, much less get on the computer for the big ones. And I haven't bothered with the Altador game in months because the last 3-4 times I tried, my game crashed in wave 5, and it's just not worth it. But I do hope they keep the games open longer, or move the good ones to the games room. Quick easy NP are good, even if they eventually drop the prize aspect.

All in all, I have just over 100 items (plus the current void collection weekly prizes pool) from the plot (plus a few remains in keeping track of) I missed out on, mostly from the void weekly pools, plus the one-time lost cave with Styx prizes I didn't get), give or take (might have forgotten to note some). Not bad.

And I guess I should start looking at the prize shop. Ugh. Too many choices! What a silly thing for me to complain about!

It does seem weird to continue collecting Void Essense and racking up the 4k points. But, that's just more prizes I can buy, and I want to max out this chapter, too. Meh. I think I got the Strengthened Void Potion drop from the Other Worldly Nether Tendril Boss. Real Drakara's drops were pitiful.

I will say that the colour returning to various dailies has been oddly refreshing. Seeing the TDMBGPOP blue again was a treat

ETA: Correction, I think I received the Strengthened Void Potion from the "Fight for Faerieland" -- Nine rounds for 180 Plot points and around 14 drops at once.

After 37 times receiving the non-weapon prizes (plus the more common result of no prize or an arena prize), I finally received the amulet -- and then Drakara's robe right afterwards (from her hard mode). That gives me 60-70 more prizes that might give me her wand, assuming I would have enough time the next two days to get that many battles against her (spoiler alert: I don't, because that would likely take 8 hours each day). It's like Voci's bomb... Not likely at all. I'll try as much as I can. Maybe I'll get extras of her other weapons. Unlikely, but maybe? They're not actually that good, though... I've got better.

I finally checked out that adventure pass and decided to spring for the NC version (which I should have done sooner, because I'm leaving some stuff on the table -- not sure if I can give/trade the extra 2x items/points away plus the extra chapter meter -- but either of you are welcome to the chapter meter for more prize shop points if you'd like it, and the 2x points if that's not a premium perk already). I have so many faerie quest cookies, and that's what I usually spend NC on, so I figured why not? I still have a few hundred NC left, plus a ton of items I could trade if needed. Edit: Traded them for two more FQFCs. Yay!

I want to start cataloguing the shop soon so I don't miss out on the prizes that are going to retire quickly. But that's going to have to wait until at least Tuesday.

Interestingly, JN has void locations listed for today (June 16, 2026), but there are no void elements at those locations... Then again, maybe they will show up after I read the Epilogue? I doubt it. Anyway, there are now 2 more pages in Chapter 18, plus the Epilogue.



Hmm. More to do with Orion, starting with a game that must be won 4 times (but not in a row). Involves playing Higher/Lower with cards numbered 0 thru 22. Need to guess correctly 3 times to get each clue.
