For those of you having troubles with Timezones, it's not that hard. With the help of a search engine you can easily find a site to help you out.
Once you figure it out for one round, then it will be the same for every round, seeing as all deadlines are midnight EST.

Here's a site to help you out:

Places on the site such as Atlanta, Boston and New York are EST. Find a place with the same timezone as you, then do the math. For example New York (currently Tuesday, 6:30PM) and Tokyo (currently Wednesday, 7:30AM). Tokyo is 13 hours ahead of New York. Therefore, 12AM EST would be 1PM in Tokyo (13 hours ahead).

It has also come to my attention that in the last Bonus Round Jas posted the time in Neopets Standard Time as well (9PM NST).

Thank you, Nik. I find it a bit odd that this contest has gone on for a couple weeks now, all the deadlines have been at the same time, and there are still people who don't know when that is even after I posted in NST as well. You just need to find it out once.
