Yoshi walks along happily, when all of a sudden a super mushroom falls from the sky and lands on Yoshi, increasing his size greatly. Yoshi, feeling powerful, decides to slam jigglypuff with a massive headbutt, dealing -6 damage.

but cant characters only attack once a round?

PS: Speaking of Ness, I added wrong a couple rounds ago, so he has 3 less HP. That just means the first person to attack him next round will get the kill.

On the wording of the Super Mushroom: I wrote it that way for 3 reasons: 1: In case all characters were used and got a second attack; 2: for later rounds when the characters can make more attacks per round; 3, and most importantly: Roy, Marth, and Sheik all have specials that allow them to make infinite moves per round. With a Super Mushroom, they would be invincible.

Umm... I don't really get what the 0, +8 and -8 really stand for as far as hours go. I'll try this anyway.

Ness while frozen in place, says something along the line of PEKAYTHUNDO (translated to PK Thunder) onto Link's sword which conducts the electricity onto Link dealing -6 damage

(I always wonder... isn't -6 and -3 damage actually healing? )

Story as of now:
Pichu almost used a Freezie, but he passed the item to Pikachu once he realized he had a special coming. Thanks to random selection, Pichu blasted Mewtwo with a Thunder Jolt. This just in! A Bullet Bill has slammed into the castle and exploded. -1 damage was dealt to: Mario, Luigi, Koopa, Dr Mario, Mewtwo, Purin, DK, Falcon, Fox, Falco, Ness, Ice Climbers, Samus, Link, Y Link, Zelda, Sheik, Ganon, G&W, and Marth. Wow! That is a list. Peach's Castle is behind us. A Pokeball is on the horizon. After that, another stage. And who knows what in between.

Preferred Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 damage’ [Do not forget the underline, red, and bold.]

Simple Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for-3 damage’ [Do not forget the bold.]

Preferred Heal format: ‘[Character] heals for +2 HP [Do not forget the green and bold.]

Simple Heal format: ‘[Character] heals for +2 HP [Do not forget the bold.]

Specials follow the same format where appropriate.

1: Ness may be dead as of his next hit, but whoever hits him last gets the kill. Meaning, Player A may hit next next. Player B may hit Ness after Player A, and Player B and the character used would get the credit. Have Fun
2: Ness can still attack, heal, and use weapons even after his HP is in the red (negative).
3: I have complex rules for Red Shells, but I may not use them since they are very complex.
4: Yay! Ness is dead. Cloud is in the next game. Yay!
5: Re-read Announcement #1 You don't want Blk and Pika to get the first kill do you?

This Round's Weapons:
2 Lip’s Stick: -3 damage to one character. Target gets -1 damage at the start of next round (1 left)
2 Clocking Device: User can not be damaged for the round, but only deals -2 damage.

This Round's Specials:
PST -0: Purin: Sing: Two characters can not attack or heal for the rest of the round
PST -8: Kirby: Hammer: -4 damage to one character
PST +8: Luigi: Green Missile: -6 damage to one character and -1 damage to Luigi
