Woah...am I restock banned? Even the Tiki-Tack shop doesn't show any items in it! The thing is, I wasn't refreshing a lot in shops, so I don't know why it would have happened

yeah, it seems like they are doing some adjustments which is understandable. it seems like 60 restocks per hour is causing a small upheaval for the neopian economy.

edit: to verify what i mean by the impact on lesser rarity item, take the petpets for instance..

anubis' price drops by 3k. i was selling them easily to resellers for 14k and now they are 10k

i put an icklesaur for sale yesterday for 99k and i was glad it got snapped up. now their price fall to abt 90k.

other popular r88-90 petpets like gallions, onas, faellies, noils...are set to drop in price as their restock frequency is upped massively.

i am so smurfed off right now.

I was up till 3 am my time to restock, found nothing good and even lost nps on 2 items that were worth less than their value, and when i went to bed the stupid restock every minute smurf started up.

ok, my first hands-on with the new restock system...

i am having a torrid time adjusting from relying on typing skill to identifying skills instead and the first experience took me like a good 10 sec trying to see the "flotsam" from a group of neopets...

This is the best way to stop autobuyers. I could also have grabbed some unreleased items in the dice a roo shop!

Having problems with restocking. Anyone else...?

- When I haggle, it says previous offer 0 NP no matter what.
- The negotiated price goes up sometimes instead of down.
- The picture takes ages to load on my connection.

I get the item . I put a price.
It comes back telling me he want ex 200Np
I type 200. He says no. He gives me another price.
But then the item is gone

I have that every time. Even if I enter exactly the price he wants he reject it ?????

claude I've been having that problem too! he asks for 99np (for example) I give him 99, then he asks for 143, so I give him 140, then he asks for 88 ? It's really weird, and very hard to haggle. I think its a glitch. (and I do click on the pet at the bottom)

I've also been having the problem of wrong pets in the picture. It says 'click on the draik to continue' but there is no draik, there's an unusual cybunny. I get this alot.

temiko the image loads very slow for me too alot of times I've missed out because of this.

seems there is quite a few bugs in the new system. maybe the every minute restock is one of them...

i have that problem too. And i love to bargain alot.......... Now we have to enter a relatively close price to the shopkeeper's ones for him to accept.

Tonu are now named "Blumaroo". Blumaroo are still "Blumaroo"

Are you guys clikcing the "pet in the picture" thing? I was having the same problem, because I was just hitting "enter" and not touching the picture. I missed so many petpets in the shops, because of that awful picture. But hey, if it stops the autobuyers, I won't complain.

another afterthought:

it seems that this could stop autobuyers but it seems that the balance tilts further in favour of players with faster internet connection or better computers. once everyone's used to identifying, it's just click, type in price, identify and click again..

Since a few hours when you restock you have among other things to do to click on a pet in the bottom picture. But it's not a picture (jpeg or the like). It's a phtml page.

The pets (in the picture) don't show up properly on a lot of browsers.
So you don't click on the right pet and it reject your offer and ask you for a different price. Even if you give him exactly what he ask you you don't have the right pet. You try until the item is sold out.

Ok it works on Explorer. But I hate Explorer. Is Neopets playing the game of sponsoring certain browsers ?

I usually use OmniWeb and Opera. I turned off all the kinds of cache possible. But same results ..

Someone has a solutions ?
