I always think of Techos when I see the Geico Comercial. Does anyone else do that? If neopets ever makes a movie I hope the pets can look as cute as the Gecko in that commercial.

I think of Techo when I restart my game on Pokemon Ruby.
The one starter pokemon looks so much like a Techo to me....

weird, I didn't even relise that, but your right, trecko(sp? I'm, to lazy to look it up...) DOES look a lot like a techo! Lemme go see if I can find a picy for others who havn't seen it....

Actually, almost EVERY Pokemon EVER created was created all at once, they just keep the art to improve on it, so it might be that Kimori came BEFORE the Techo, so no lawsuit. Doesn't Miltank look like the Kau? Miltank came first. :) I hope this won't cause future confusions.

EDIT: And remember, Nintendo DOESN'T make ANY Pokemon whatsoever. It's only GAME FREAK that makes the Pokemon, Nintendo only helps with the games. Kay'? Good. ;)

But when did pokemon ruby/sapphire come out? :o And even if the idea for the Treecko came before the Techo, it wasn't publically released for TNT to actually copy by the time Techos born.

2003. MAN! You people really don't read posts through and through. The art and the concept of the game was created all at once in 1996! Currently, maybe GAME FREAK is improving the art for the fourth generation of Pokemon. Which includes Gonbe.

What are you all talking about about? Treeko doesn't look anything like techo! Also kau and miltank are both cows so of course they look alike.
