You have to hit print screen (it is usually abreviated Prnt Scrn on your keyboard). Paste the picture into an image program (I think most people use MS Paint). Crop it to taste. Load it into an image server. Then copy the code into your post. :)

I've started something new today. Since obviously my telling jokes to King Skarl hasn't given me either avatar (jester or moody) I have decided that every day for the rest of the week I will stop joking and start insulting him instead.
