Eh, I'll keep trying. I wasn't trying to pull anything, and the truth will prevail. My main beef about being frozen was that I wasn't even warned. Had they warned me, I would have called my mom up right that second and told her to log off. But of course they jumped straight to the freezing. Jeeze, you'd think they never heard the phrase "Better to let 10 guilty men go free than to imprison an innocent one". It rather seems like they're doing it backwards.

I sent a reply to Jennifer's auto-reply, basically stating that my only crime was forgetting to log out. My main problem with being frozen was that I wasn't warned, and that had I been warned, I would have stopped the problem. If they warned me and I continued to let it go on, then I should have been frozen, but I wasn't, so I shouldn't have been.

I feel the same way. I sent in my reply to her email as well & still haven't heard a word. Hopefully, i'll get something soon. Good luck with your account. Its hard to see an account you work hard on get frozen with no warning.

EDIT: Please someone help. I just got my reply from jennifer & she told me what was written that got me frozen. It looks like it was from the chat board (which i never go on because I was afraid of being frozen). The sentence is so bad that i wouldn't even post it here. It also appears that a very young person could've wrote it. I just wanted to cry when i opened the email and noticed what was said. I'm a 26 mother of a 2yo girl. I would've never said anything like that. Please someone help me. I fear that i'll never get my account back because of that.
