Neopets Addict, that is a really fun joke. they probably wouldn't believe you anyways.

I get about 3-4 mails like that per day since I stopped trusting the SDB after losing things in the SDB glitch and tossed a royal PB I'm holding in there.

I really think TNT should change the message that happens when people try to buy an item marked UB in someone's shop.

As of right now it says:



Which isn't what we need. We don't need people angrily yelling at people saying "Hey, you won't let me buy the item you are selling in your shop and TNT said I need to mail you!!!" or "I tried to buy your item but shop wiz says it is too expensive so you need to lower your price!"

What we NEED is a new message that comes up, that perhaps says:

That would be a much better message and would save the buyers and the shop owners a lot of trouble. If only they would change the message to something like that.

Meh, the newbies don't know what "galleries" are, so they most likely won't understand what you mean by a gallery. They are most likely ignorant of the TP and Auctions too, so naturally they will feel frustrated if they want to buy a paint brush but find that everyone is selling them for an unbuyable price.

I did get a message like this one concerning my primellas. I was a bit miffed at first but then i cooled down and i just neomailed back to the person that my primellas were not for sale since i had them in a gallery, i just gave a brief explanation of how items over 99, 999 nps could not be bought. I also looked up the prices of the primellas in the shop wiz and gave the person a rough guide of how much the different primellas were worth in the shop wiz. The person wrote back to thank me.

They sure are. This one girl wanted to trade her Speckled Paint Brush for my Grey one, and kept telling me that the prices are the same for them.
Naturally ...she checked the shop wiz but not the TP or the Auctions.
She even told me the people at the TP are crazy when I told her to go check there.

I still keep those NMs so I can read them when I need cheering up.

Those kind of n/ms really make me angry. What Neopets need is a newbie page with all the commonly asked questions for them. No one can stand answering the same question a million times... o_0

Be cruel and don't answer them then. Though I always do since they provide much needed entertainment. You can gain lots of laughs from observing the stupidity of newbies.
