My birthday was Dec. 13, and I did go online but had no idea that the birthday sidebar is different. It's just the same as the one when Neo had their birthday, at least from what I can remember. I believe it's blue with multicolored confetti and a good-looking cake at the top of each page. I'm sorry if my blurry description helps no one.

That is the same one I got on December 31st, my "birthday" on my gallery account. I believe that the sidebar for Neo's birthday is supposed to be the same as the sidebar for a user's birthday.
