Hotmail does work.

I'll give you some advice. When you send the initial letter. Avoid going on and on about how you did nothing wrong. They never read them. Since so many people probably do it when they did.

Chose the Frozen account section:
Then write in as much info about your account as you can in the spaces. To prove it's yours.

Just simply to start with. Ask for a specific reason as to why you were frozen as you are not sure because the reason was vauge on the frozen page. Ask for quotes if neccesary.

Then wait for a reply. The frozen thing usually takes a while to reply. Bear in mind they are very busy now and may not reply as fast as usual. Also the frozen gets many many emails more than usual support email.

Once you get the reason, you can go from there. Since, you then have their hard evedence of why they froze you. Then if you ask them nicely they will sort you out.

Be patient. Also be very clear and don't beg too much. They don't seem to like that and they tend to ignore letters that beg.

Goodluck. I hope it all goes well. (This lot is speaking from experience by the way :))

I believe that's the adress :) I've never written in myself, but supposedly it's worked for some people. If you have no luck with the form, this is the next step. After that, PM me and I'll get you some phone numbers.
