Any graphics program you choose! You can even simply use Paint! Of course, if you want animation its likely that'll you'll need some sort of Animation program but if you don't do animation you can just work with Paint!

I don't think so... I just realised I put 'Armi' instead of 'Armin' in my entry... :oops: I need to correct it. So... whoever judges the contests, if your reading this, please not that amdir_mallorn meant to say Armin but was thinking of Armi at the time!! :P

And Armi, thanks! :) You could probably do it in paint, but it won't be animated. I did mine in PSP7 and Animation Shop 3.

Don't bother arguing with Medli... she's a stubborn little thing. And of course you have a chance of winning! Everyone does! They are all great.

Neopets Addict- Other than the background being a bit plain (which you already noticed yourself) I find nothing wrong. However, personally... I think the background suits it. Sometimes plain backgrounds are best.

I cant find a colour that matches im hopless with colours. Any suggestions.?Ive sped it up by 10/100 seconds but i wont reload it onto the sever untill im sorted with my background
