Simply put, you don't try and haggle. You put in an amount that you'll know they'll accept (for those who are inexperienced keep very close to the asking price). You've really only got one shot so you've got to make it good. If the items you are aiming for will make a decent profit you shouldn't need to haggle anyways.
If it only a one or 2 of the item every 3 days or something, then yes haggling is bad. Items I haggle one have like 20 a restock periord or something like that. I make like 2k a rs which may sound bd, but let just say I am making good NP.
