Harp Seals are hunted for oil, food and fur, have to fight for food or face dying of starvation, risk being hunted, mauled by Polar Bears, Sharks, Orcas, not to mention Walruses. ALL animals face illnesses and disorders, I'm sure.

As for Governments? Most animals have some sort of hierarchy set up anyway, any sort animals that travel in herds (including Harp Seals), so that counts as a government of sort, and if you are the at the top of the herd, and an animal wants to become alpha-male, they'll take it by injuring you infront of everyone else.

The alpha-male will then (usually) kill offspring and procreate with you (if you're a female), and you can't even really refuse.

Strictly speaking, Unicron is not an animal. You'd have to fall into the Animal Kingdom in taxonomic classification.

It wouldn't be a pelican I mean have you seen how big is mouth is? It could possibilty swallow a toddler whole and that is providing if a toddler accidentally crawled in the pelican mouth in the first place. (Remember the pigeon from last week that was eaten alive by a pelican in St James' Park, London despite the fact that pelicans are meant to eat fish?)

It would have to be a hawk.

Well, my mostest favoritest animal is the elephant, but I would never want to be on. Probably a cougar, a fox, or a koala or panda bear. If I had to choose between them: a cougar. I was obsessed with them ever since I was little.
