Q: Why isn't there a PPT spinoff with won on the PPTbies like how Pink Ink has http://www.pinkpt.com/pink/index.php? so that people who accidentallty miss the PPTbies can see who won what PPtbies award eg. webkitty for PPTbie for Most Promising New Member award (Or are the PPTbies winners going to be menioted in issue 25 of Pink Ink?)?

A: Because air scatters short-wavelength light in preference to longer wavelengths. Where the sunlight is nearly tangent to the Earth's surface, the light's path through the atmosphere is so long that much of the blue and even yellow light is scattered out and is visable across the sky.
