Someone could make a website with the quick links on it and advertise it since PPT isn't allowed to have them on the main site anymore.

I thought it was due to a recent copyright enforcement that went through, but I wasn't sure. It's also why our logo went away; we can't call ourselves 'Pink Poogle Toy' anymore.

I thinks it's ridiculous that a fan site isn't allowed to have things that represent the site they're a fan site to. it is a form of advertising and it helps with your site's image if there's a great fan site out there supporting you. We're lucky that we can keep the guides and the forums easily...some fan sites for other things would be virtually devastated if they weren't allowed to have references on their pages to the site they dedicated their site to.
