Shadow heard a quiet noise coming from the opposite corner of the room, her ears picked up things others didn't, and she quietly galloped over to wher she heard the noise coming from, offering a paw to the collapsed train. The train took her hand, and Shadow picked it up gently, smiling, glad to help someone after her miserable day earlier.

Looks: Long dark, black hair that falls to her petite waists. She wears a dress and a shawl tied around her skirt diagonally, in a gypsy way- and a small gold chain is secured around her neck as well as many small gold hoops that jangle on her arms and ankles, and two hoops connected to her ears. She is in good condition for a gypsy doll for the two terror children seldom find her in her good hinding places.
Willing to post at least once a week? Yes!
Anything else? She strong and determined, and yet very sweet and willing to help out. She hates the two children that brought her home and took her shoes, and now she was barefooted. She hates them for everything they did to her, and she is strong with the want of revenge- but it seldom shows for her sweet disposition overpowers her true feelings of wrath.

Maria opened her eyes and peered around inside the dark place. It took her a moment to remember that she was in the smallest, bottomest, half-open drawer of a small cabinent. She smiled suddenly, realizing that they were safe and heard the activities of other toys around her. Maria's smile remained even though she knew she was still in the terrible reality of the two children but once they were all alone like this she could have fun with her friends- and she had many, many friends. Maria crawled out of the cabinent, dropping smoothly on to the ground, all her jewelry and etc. jangled and made quite a clatter- like a real gypsy she thought smiling. She looked around, she would have attracted notice with the noise- but any of the big blundering people out there wouldn't of hear it of course. She waved around with a grin.

"Thanks shadow," the train wispered, "I appreciate it. Now c'mon lets go see the other guys."

The train started to move towards the other toys knowing that shadow would follow.

Shadow bowed her head in acknowledgement. She slowly followed Roger, heading in the direction of the other toys. She was always alive at night, but usually on a tall, not a sensible place to drop from, she was excited she could talk to the toys tonight, and meet them all for the first time since she was put upon the shelf, months ago, it also gave her a welcome oppurtunity to stretch her legs. She wiggled them, and got the feel, and then ran over to Roger, quickly enough to make up the distance.

Ricket looked from one corner of the room to the other. He was under a clothes basket, which the brats had been using in their 'Zoo' game.

Ricket noticed the other toys were waking up, and tackled the basket until it flipped over. Unfortunately, owing to his clumsy nature, he went zooming across the floor in a zigzag, landing on his side, where he pushed himself back to his feet.

Taking great care, he rolled to where the other toys were, following the others.

Nia noticed that a gypsy doll had come down to the ground. All of her jewelry was beautiful- she really looked real. Nia wished she looked real- but she faced the truth- you can't look like a real tiger with stuffing bits coming out of your back foot.

It was true- she had just noticed the injury. She sat down and began to cry.

"I'm broken! I'm broken! And I'll never be fixed..." she moaned sadly.

Shadow gently strode over to the other toys, and seeing a forlorn tiger sitting against a toppled bin. She ambled over to her, and put her fur-less poor over her.

"Nia, don't worry. We are all injured, its something we can't help. We have to live with it, but as long as we live with these two brats, we just have to stay as a team."

"But soon I'll begin to leak cotton everywhere! Soon I'll just be flat... although I can't die- I'm not even truly alive!" Nia broke out with a fresh batch of tears. She also began to hiccup- it always happened when she cried.

"I miss where I used to live! I was piled in a store with tons of other stuffed animals. They were so nice and so were the people taking care of us. They never let us become broken. And in the strange occasion we did, we were fixed immediately. I miss being happy." she continued, still crying and hiccuping.

Annabelle woke to the noise of activity going on upstairs. She sighed. No one but dolls ever came, but the sound made was more then all of the dolls produced. A Christmas Eve dinner, perhaps. At least she thought it was close to Christmas. You didn't count the days after hidding in the doll house basement for months.

Hidding in a unused room in the doll house was better then one would thing. Only Sally played with it now, and she was afaired the bugs and spiders were in the rooms and didn't look in them. The nanny thought nothing was in them and didn't look in them, either. Only the toys themselves knew of the lives they lived at night.

As she stretched and got up from the floor, she looked at the things she had left around her. She had been able to complete half of her brothers face, some legs, and a arm. Again she streched, and began to organize her supplies. Tantrums were the worst on Christmas. She need to be ready to fix toys. Perhaps, if she was lucky, someone would bring her down some food.

Maria ran forth, a distraught look on her face- the tiger had taken one look at her and then burst into tears! Maria approached the tiger with caution- worried she would distress the poor tiger more. "Exuse me?" she asked in a small, sweet voice- only proper for such a doll, "Did I do something to offend you?" Her eyes got wider- or at least they seemed to, logically they couldn't.

"Nia, we are all broken. I'm dented and beat up. I come from a place where adults buy model trains and don't play with them. But some old lady cam in and broght me to the little devils here. The only way you might be able to be fixed is if you stay in the open tomorow and the nanny sees you. Then she will fix you, you just have to hope the kids don't see you first because you know what happens to brocken toys." Roger explained as he looked over at the trash can.

Jewellie finally reached the dollhouse and began to head towards the main kitchen. The dollhouse was magnificent- it had many stories and rooms. There were six stories on the whole thing with six bedrooms on each floor. There was also two kitchens on each floor, along with three baths and one dining room. Jewellie was pretty sure it had cost a fortune. The best and fanciest floor, as everyone knew, was the third. It was named the Blue Floor- each floor had a color, and everything on the floor was that color. The Blue Floor was home to the only kitchen with dishes. Most of the dolls ate there. Jewellie quickly bustled about, making special meals for all of the toys. Jewellie herself preferred chicken, but many others preferred fish or steak- and a few toys were even vegetarian!

The food was taken each night from the special kitchen food supply. The food was plastic, but to toys it tasted perfectly normal. All with the added advantage of keeping the toys skinny- plastic food seemed bottomless to the toys, but it always stayed in the same shape without change. Plastic food was definitely superior to normal food for the toys.

The doll house was huge, but the smells of good cooking could always reach a doll. They had very good smell. It was large dinner, with everything from turkey to jam, on the Blue floor. It smelled alot like Jewellie's cooking. She remembered last year, with the whole royal court there. She look done at her brothers face. This year he, nor any others, would be able to eat. For a moment, she wondered whyshe in the night, with all the doors of the playroom locked, but she couldn't bring herself to climb the stairs.
