Yep, boys always get lucky when they grow up. Girls are another story :evil: . Anyway Im only ten and I am five feet tall. Does that mean i'm tall for my age?

5'8", though I do tend to walk around on my toes pretty frequently, and when I do that I often appear at least two inches taller than I really am.

I doubt you do it to the degree that one of my classmates did but in grade school a kid I knew did that. It really made him seem tall and he was already tall to begin with. I don't know the exact details of it but walking like that all the time when he was 6-8 made it semi-permanent. He had to wear braces on his legs to correct it. It was odd.

On a side note I'm 5'9" and doubt I'll sprout anymore. My younger brother is taller than me and I'm pretty sure my sister will be as tall as me if not taller. I'm adopted though so I don't count for comparisons I suppose. ;)

Wow, you're only 5 inches tall?! :P

I'm 5'3 with braces and a very slim build so I look a lot younger than I actually am. People are always surprised when I tell them I'm coming 20!

I do it because I like the feeling of control I have, seems odd, but I deffinetly feel like I have more power over my movement when walking on my toes.
