I've found a really, REALLY funny parody of the logo that I'm sure many of you would appreciate. but I'm not allowed to post it here.

It took me and a bunch of other people a few days to figure out the 'shapes' were supposed to spell '2012'.

When I was but a wee little Inrun, I used to have these most awesome jazz pants. They were tight black stretchy pants, and they had neon zigs and zags and shapes all over them.
I thought the days of shapes like those were done after I was 7. Apparently not.

I honestly have no idea what they were thinking with this. Maybe in 2012 it won't look so ugly. But until that time, to me it's hideous. And I don't like it. Lately the Olympic committees choices have been lacking IMO. I'm not really a fan of Vancouvers logo either. So to rectify this i'm going to start thinking ahead, and maybe one day i'll enter the competition for this. And then people can criticize my design all they want!

It makes a good logo, for uhh, some... other... stuff, though.

I just hope Chicago's eventual logo (whether they get the games or not) isn't so hideous or as potentially dirty. =/

I'm sure they would have gotten a much better logo if they had made like a competition where kids between 5 and 16 sent in their ideas.
