Hesburger, followed closely by McDonalds. Subway is very popular, but there aren't that many of them, so dunno if it counts as common.

And woo, Xerophyte you must live quite near me country-wise, as Hesburger only seems to have gone international in Estonia, Germany, Latvia and Lithuania. Had to do a wiki search :)

McDonalds, Burger King, Hardees and Taco Bell are the biggest ones (not counting pizza places).
We have one Subway, which is very popular, but... there's only one.

Location: Watching little birds fly kamikaze missions into the walls.
Let's see, just across the street from me is a KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, and Quiznos. Other common fast food places around here are Taco Bell, Burger King, and Popeyes. There are supposedly some Sonics around here, but I have yet to actually see one. Also, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are quite common as well.

Oooh, I'd forgotten about Subway and Quiznos. We've got several of them.
And we have *way* too many Starbucks. Especially since I hate coffee and the tea that they have there isn't always the best.

Speaking of Subway and Starbucks, there are 2 Subway cafes in my area and 3 Starbucks coffee shops (one near the station, one outside an entrance of the shopping centre and the third is on the upper floor of the same shopping centre. The third Starbucks is new) in my area.

We have a Domino's and a Subway the next town over (about 5 minutes).

After that, the closest is about 35 minutes away - McDonalds. Reason for this is the council not wanting fast food in the area, for some ridiculous reason.
