I like eggs, I don't eat them often but I do like them. I usually like scrambled ones the best. I like the white better than yolk but I don't pay much attention to that.

1) Yeppers.
2) Hmm, I like them a lot of ways: deviled, hard-boiled, scrambled, sunnyside up. They are good scrambled with ketchup or hot sauce on them. I think lately my favorite has been omelettes. My husband's latest creation is an omelette with seasoned taco meat, American cheese, taco sauce, and his secret seasonings.

2. Scrambled, hardboiled, omelettes, and I forget what the othet term is. I'll find it eventually.
3. I perfer the egg white, especially in hardboiled eggs. It's not that the yolk turns that weird green color, it's because whenever I eat the yolk I get a heartburn-ish sensation.

Like my eggs scrambled best, especially ones at a diner, but I hate to eat my eggs alone, must have some kind of fried meat with them.
