I heard somewhere that people were using once per battle faerie abilities (like drain life) multiple times by using a certain ability once, then in the next round clicking the back button of their browser, selecting new weapons and clicking the go button. I don't know if this is true, however.

I always thought faerie abilities should be made more useful - there are so many that don't do anything, but now instead of making them better they completely ruined them.

It is true - many abilities could be performed without using any power at all through that glitch.

And I agree - too many abilites are useless, and not worth the price of the faerie at all. You would expect the final abilites of each faerie (like Ascension, Teleport, Stone Legion) at least do something, right?

If every ability uses 39% of power, them you can only make a few magic berries or apples or neggs. and without burrow being super strong, a lot of battlers like me will be really screwed since downsize and leaf shield are my only defenders other than burrow. and a glitch could only affect ip battles so it wouldn't matter in 2p battles where it's more important

Yeah, so true! You'd only be able to create six magic berries. They screwed every GOOD ability! :cry:

I'm retesting some other abilities (specifically fiery gaze right now), just to see if any of the stats have changed...

What in the world are you talking about? The abilities still use different amounts of energy depending on the power level...

@ Rosiny, i think all but 6 abilities were changed to the 39% drain method. The rest are still variable on the strength you use :)
