About to sound like a mother...

Paying for graphics is against neopets and PPT TOS. On neopets, it's called 'comission' and you can get frozen for it. That why all the famous NP artists say they don't do comission.

Hehe, kinda good that I make it for free then Well, was going to make it for free, but I decided to give the neopoints to my friend who has an account, not doing any graphics anyway, haven't got the skills :/

The code is kinda "dirty" right now, might be some inline CSS there, and alot of things not needed in the external .CSS too. I'll fix that later on.
The colors will change, so will the graphics. Just put it up so people could comment on it and give suggestions

Not every page validates yet, more specifically: Secret Avatars and Link to us. And some others are missing (Every link after the category Game Tips), gonna fix it as soon as possible.

I've tried to get it to look as much like as possible in IE and Firefox, but because IE generally sucks and has a screwed up boxmodel and interpretation of the webstandards, there are some small differences I can't fix, well, there probably are some ugly (as in ugly and not-so-correct codewise) fixes, but I won't use them, it's not that much of a difference. Anyone using another browser than IE and Firefox, please tell me how it looks there. (Avant etc. does count as IE.)

You could easily change it to orange, just fiddle with some values in the .css

Although it's otterboy2000's code, or is to be anyway
