The answer: nope. No blue. But you could always colorize over the blue.

Nope, Flame didn't miss it. Flame just only woke up and saw it now. And that's right- no blue. Maybe you can colorize the eyes or something so they aren't blue.

Dawn, you have permission to answer questions and all that since you are a judge. :)

Guys, don't be put off if an image has blue in it, you can always colorize it and it will still look great.

I have a judging question.

Say we rate a set in the Ratings board in PPT Art Tech, that is also used in this contest. Do we have to make a whole new rating for the set, or can we use the same rating we used on the Ratings board (as long as it's well-thought out and such)?

If you are asking everyone here - I wouldn't mind at all

The only thing is the people who are using older sets have probably had theirs rated before. Isn't that the same thing?
