If you go under the Image menu, and go to Stretch/Skew, you can type in percentages in the Stretch boxes (if you want to resize it, type in the same percentage in the two boxes). It doesn't work very well with some piccies though...

Fwee. I like the set I made, for once. Well, mostly. Not so sure I like the subtext, so I made another sig, so in case I manage to win by some freak luck, then you can choose the sig you like better. xP
