I was frozen 3 times!!! all unfairly! twice i never got even an automated reply, the third time, when someone hacked me, i got a personal reply containing my changed password, saying that tnt did everything they could to get my pass and items back, and when i logged in, everything was still there, my nps, pets and items!!!
