yeah its my host. but i wouldve just used the image straight from the site, but it only said neopets.com and i knew it was a jpg, but im computer illiterate

Are you using Internet Explorer? This frequently happens to me on another chat site, usually a pic of a chatter's avatar that I had seen on the page before. I think its something to do with the images stored on your browser...try deleting your temp. internet files (tools > internet files > delete files on IE).

EDIT: Since no oen else on a website of millions has seen it, it is most probaby because it is cached on your computer and nothign Neopets related.

yeah, thing is i had just deleted all my temp internet files online and offline because of my internet becoming laggy. and then a half hour later BAM!
