I'm telling you, xavier. Take a look at the neoboards. When it was first released, EVERYONE and their cousin was going to the Wheel. Some people are going every 40 minutes (or however long you have to wait). I PROMISE you, if it were a random event, someone would have gotten. All other RE related avs have been found in under a week.

I think that u do get the avatar by landing on a certain ting on the wheel but that the chance is so extremely small that nobody has gotten it yet.

Either it has nothing to do with the wheel or it hasn't been released because do you know how many people are going every 40 mins? It is thousands of spins every hour alone, some one would have gotten it by now.

I think the record for undiscovered avs was the Lenny Rules av. Turned out you have to win a Lenny Conundrum to get it (yay, I have that one!). No one figured it out for about a month. We're going on... what, two or three weeks for this one, now?

is there some other game or something that only updates every now and then that we arent thinking about that would have anything to do with that silly Plesio? We only found out about the lenny avatar after the conundrum updated after 2months or so..
