I LOVED the old Kougra, I really did, it was one of my favorite pets. I resigned myself to the fact that it was going to get a revamp. I don't hate the new Kougra, I think it looks pretty nice, much better than the first revamp. What bugs me the most is the ears thoough, they just look too large and out of place to me...

I think it makes it look noble...but I could definitely see how it would bother some people as I was on the edge of hating it myself.

The lines are the only thing that bug me. On the pink, the body is thick and the head is not. It looks a little off. And on the Island Kougra, they are all not thick, which also looks off. Plus, when the image is shrunk down (on my user look up) it looks kinda bad.

Other than that, great revamp!

The kougra looks like a boy to me (even the pink one!), which works fine because mine is a boy. I'd be a little annoyed if mine was a girl, though.

Some pets are like that though. I still have trouble envisioning male Kyriis, Usuls, Zafaras... they just like more feminine to me. While, Graarls, Lupes and the new look Kougra look more masculine.

Yeah, I know what you mean. That's why my lupe, kougra, eyrie and gelert are male and my uni and cybunny are female -- they just wouldn't seem right to me otherwise.

*twitches* I now have an even stronger undying love for the Kougra, which has always been my favourite pet. I never realized how bad the last revamp was until now. xD; And the original Kougra was -hideous- compared to this one.

if you've read The Hot Zone by Richard Preston ( I think that was him), most of the grey pets look like there about to break out with ebola, or marburg. I think marburg is/a type of AIDS.
