Lolita, Vladimir Nabokov. I started reading it at a friends house and I'm so engrossed by the gorgeous prose that I need to go out and buy my own copy so I can finish it. I've been meaning to read it for quite some time, anyway.

Hated them with a passion. Actually, I hated Eragon with a passion and was too disgusted by it to read Eldest.

Now reading Seventh Son by Orson Scott Card. I don't like him, but it's for English.

Currently trudging through Japanese Women: Constraint and Fulfillment by Takie Sugiyama Lebra. It'll take awhile, as it's an academic piece, so very, very dry. Plus, I haven't been on much of a reading kick either. Thew views on the subject matter are going to be quite dated, given that the actual research was done in the late '70s, early '80s, but it should still be an interesting read on Japanese culture.

Nope.. not reading The Secret Sharer. The major texts we're doing are that one, King Lear, and The Great Gatsby. There's about 4 others that I don't remember, though.

And for English it's Border Crossing, View from a Bridge, and Lantana (DVD).

Weird. My major texts were Othello, The Great Gatsby & Heart of Darkness.

Just finished Gatsby last week. Not too interesting either.

Just finished The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. I'm readng a mixture of A People's Tragedy, Metamorphosis & Other Stories, Introduction to Ethics, and whatever that other book is.
