Added a factory! We still need some police!

I have a small request too. Can people please post when they add something and what, if anything, is needed? I would have added police if I had known that someone else had taken care of the industry since Jas posted.

I was going to suggest this, but the lurkers probably do quite a bit of increasing...

I think we should just keep adding population until we know something needs fixing. If you see something get to say, 5%, then post here. We don't know if one click = 1% or not, so adding a new factory when unemployment is at 1% seems a bit over the top. Test the waters?

Unfortunately, we can *lose* population when it gets to 1% - they leave the city. We did lose someone early on. Hence why we've been keeping it down.

Edit: Crime's at 1%
