Event, Day 10 (Part 2)

While looking to checkout a new program for the Holosuite at Quark's, Penguin works his way towards the bar, when a phaser blast comes out of nowhere and hits him. Roxas and Dyl, who were at the Daboo tables, run over to see if he was OK. Somewhat stunned, Penguin shakes it off and moves onward to sit at the bar.

Result: Penguin was attacked, but survived.

Execution, Day 10

Q snapped her fingers and blinked into the war room. "Due to not having quite enough votes, there will be no execution today."

Result: No execution.

Night 10

After a fairly eventful day, everyone was extremely tired and most headed straight towards bed. TOSO, however, decided to stop by the Replimat for a late-night snack. While ordering his ice cream sundae, a bolt of phaser fire hit him from behind, and he fell to the ground.
The next morning, he was discovered by Twiz and Penguin, still laying there (with melted ice cream dripping from the replicator). By the time they got him to the Infirmary, Q had met up with them and confirmed he was dead (again).

Result: TOSO was shot. His role had not changed. He was Worf, the alignment dreamer.
Day 11 begins.

BTW, I didn't give a strike against any tonight who hadn't submitted lists because of the downtime.
