A super vet would have been to all the wars, seen Neo from the beginning etc..
I'd say 2-3 years for a regular vet though, since it takes a couple years to see at least one of everything go by (wars, plotlines, new neopets, makeovers, new worlds, etc) .

I think around 2 1/2 years. Odd since I don't feel like a vet, but I've been playing for over three years.

I would say that perhaps it's a roling thing.

For example. Anyone who's been a member of the site for half of it's history is a vet.
Currently that's people with acounts around 2.5 years. But it would give all of us a chance to become "old timers" should we choose to hang around long enough.

I'd say time would be a deciding factor, but also something like a strong pet, good shop, and a good amount of NP.

I've "played" for almost 3 years, but I don't have all that cause I don't really play that much. Some other people have accounts that've been there for a long time, but they might not log in often.

i think i disagree, i dont restock, but i have well over 5mil nps, i never cheated, i play fairly, and all ive been on my account (previously my bros) was 2-3months? i started with something over 10k, but i never restocked

anyways, ive been on neo since 2000-2001? somthing there, so im a neopets vet? COOL!
