They can be banned from these forums though.

I loathe the boards... the majority of people and those awful fonts! Bah. Invisible would be an improvement!

I told my friend, who hadn't been on Neo for a month or so, to go on the NeoBoards. She freaked out when everyone was "talking about her"! I asked her if she'd been scamming people or something, as if it said her name on my account too. I really scared her for about five miniutes, then I told her what was going on.

Thankfully, TNT disabled those codes very quickly.

Well, it's just another fad, as others have said. Maybe in three weeks when the bots pick it up, Neopets will disable the code.

You think TNT is THAT fast? 3 Days is a compliment for them. I give them a week to a week and a half before they decide that they'll disable it. It's a pity that people have to start riots by using special codes on the NeoBoard.

PS: The #USERNAME and #PETNAME was a good one. I fell for it for a couple of minutes then it donned on my little brain what was going on. It was rather funny then :lol:

I don't remember #username or #petname on the boards, but then, I rarely go to the boards anymore.. I look at the horrible spelling and then go look for a site that has an Idiot-speak translator, which I haven't found yet.

Between beggers and scammers and the report happy twits, I'd just rather not visit the land of blantant insanity again. Not unless I can bring my trank gun!
