Oh, and about the 1000 posts, yadayadayada, I think it shouldn't be as much as a requirement, because some people have quality posts, but have not yet reached that milestone.

1000 Posts? Wow... That is quite a lot..

I've got a suggestion:

Minimum 500 Post BUT
Must Post At Least 10 Per Week

This shows the person has stayed in PPT for a long time yet posts regularly. How about this?

*If this is implemented i would apply STRAIGHT away!!*
