Okay, when there are lots of good suggestions that I cant choose from, I just use the one that I liked that was posted first! In this case, it's:

Wow, theres food, possible murder weapons, AND unattached body parts!. After dumping it out beside the boat, I seem to have found...

Take that thing that's inside the bottle that looks like a note out of the bottle. Read the note, if that's what it is. THEN eat it. Hope it's not a self-destructing message!

Drink the liquid in the bottle. Hey, it's ALMOST empty. Not totally empty. Or write a note with the pencil on the tree.

EDIT: Put all the things in the ziplock baggie! After all, all you have is underwear!
