Actually, Combusken, the way you wrote it, it's 8, since multiplication takes priority.
But I was doing 1+3 first and multiplicating the anwser by 4 so it would equal 16.

The only way I would have got a 8 with the numbers I had got is if I had done (3-1) * 4.

(6*3)+4=22
