Do you think it could be a pirate painted pet? they have lots of red black and grey?

Nope, checked through all of them...most are more red and white than red and black.

From what I've checked:

It's not:

Spooky Furniture, a Band Item, a NQ (1 and 2) boss, or a NQ1 monster.

ETA: Not a NQ2 monster, either.
