If you vote Kuge, I could explain.

EDIT: Might as well explain now. The doubler doubled my role last night, and there were 2 kills by the evil photographer. However, my role can't be doubled, so the power got shifted to the second person on the list, which the doubler told me was Kuge. I can get Kuge executed if there's 2 votes on him.

That actually sounded believable, deflecting an execution as a govenor was my role in one of Nak's WW games, and you couldn't double it because it was just the power to stop the execution once per person, and decided upon who is executed incase of no majority (there were restrictions, but basically that's the jist of it)
