As they at last got some sleep, the camp fell silent, but it seems there was someone lurking in the night. Violent sounds erupted from Dyl’s tent, but by the time anyone raced there, all they saw was a shadowy figure fleeing in the distance.
As the creeping part returned, tonight looking a little disappointed, when someone snuck up on them. The warrior picked his target, and began swinging his hammer, when there was a violent blue flash, causing his hammer to fly from his hand and strike Ric, who fell to the ground, unconscious, but otherwise fine. The figure quickly scrambled away muttering about blue flashes.
The creeping party continued, now carrying Ric, when they began hearing groaning noises, all around them. They took up arms, but it was too sudden, as a gang of zombies leaped out from the tree onto Lovioneko. The group was on them in a flash, and the zombie were quickly dispatched, but the damage was done, as Lovioneko scrambled to her feet, at least her shield had saved her.
While this was all going on, the group simply did not notice the another figure creeping up on them, and Penguin was struck from behind with a beam of green light.
As morning came, the group were looking noticeably less relaxed, with the exception of Ric, who seemed to be quite at peace as he slept. The group eyed the heavy dwarven hammer next to him suspiciously however. Dyl explained that a dark figure with wings had tried to attack him, but he had repelled the attack, causeing the assailant to flee. Lovioneko just nodded with content, she had not been so lucky and Penguin was enjoying the perks of being Ethereal.
Dyl was attacked, but he repelled it.
Lovioneko has been attacked, but her shield saved her
Ric has been knocked unconscious.
Penguin has been turned Ethereal
