moogie is penalty nominated for not sending in a vote to evict either Kidwaiy or Matterbug. Whoever wins HOH can choose to nominate one person alongside moogie or two other Houseguest's.

Currently, moogie is allowed to play in the Power of Veto competition but that may be subject to change.

Poop, I was going with Housemate for the last one- House + mat. It made sense to me. And LOLLL, I thought the toe was toast in number #2, but amazingly, it still made sense! XDDDD

Typhoon has been penalty nominated alongside moogie for not sending in his HOH answers. reganlikewhoa is allowed to nominate one other Houseguest for eviction or to leave the nominations the same. She cannot take either penalty nominee off the chopping block.

If I may, I'd like to say a few things about penalty nominations and inactivity in general. I'd like to think I'm a pretty understanding individual and if anyone has a valid reason for inactivity I usually take off the strike. However, I do take activity important and I understand there are times I post results late which is my fault but it is still a Houseguest's responsibility to take a look at the schedule to understand what's going on.

I'm not attacking anyone on this thread or anything of the sort, but we're going into the eight week of this game and some people are not understanding the rules. I don't blame you entirely as it's a hard game but if you are still unable to keep up with how things work in the game, I think you should take a breather and read through the Big Brother rules (A link is posted in my first post).

I really hate giving out penalty nominations but I feel that is the best way we can all learn to be more active, and if someone is evicted through a penalty nomination, it should be viewed as an example to do your best. I will always give people the benefit of the doubt and as you can see, I have in the past. But please try to remain active and if you know you won't be active for a week or so, tell me. I won't get mad, and I won't kick you out. I'll understand.

All in all, try and be active and don't be afraid to message me if something unexpected comes up. I'll understand :)

Yay thanks! I didn't even get the fourth picture. I honestly could not put them together so I went with Julie Chen (she's says "Welcome!" after you've been evicted :P ).

God, I'm sorry, Ammer. My brother brought my new laptop down from Norman today, and spent all day showing me how to use it, sans internet. I'm really sorry, Ammer, I just did not have a chance. :(

But hey, at least I have internet access in my dorm now.

You did inform me of your dorm issue but considering you posted saying you had Internet access, I assumed you were okay.
